How to draw up a medical program
- Fill in the form. In the column “message” describe your inquiry and attach a file with the scanned results of the last medical examinations (if available). - Having studied the inquiry, our coordinators will pick up clinic and specialist according to your medical indications and requirements. If necessary, we will carry out negotiation personally with the specialist.
- Further on the individual medical program with estimate, schedule of consultations and inspections will be performed and send for your consideration.
- After the coordination and your approval, you will be asked to pay the invoice according to clinic price-list and directly to clinic’s settlement account specified in your individual program.
- After acknowledgement of payment we will form a package of documents for the medical trip to Switzerland
